By downloading, installing, or using the Spinwheel application, these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") automatically apply to you – please read them carefully before using the application.

2. Nature of Service

Spinwheel is an interactive pinwheel simulation application designed for relaxation, stress relief, and visual entertainment. It features real-time rotational physics, responsive touch/swipe gestures, and camera-assisted blow detection. It is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Usage & Safety Disclaimer

Camera & Blowing Guidelines: Spinwheel utilizes your device's front camera to recognize blowing gestures. Maintain a comfortable, safe distance from your device's camera and screen. Do not blow excessively or continuously in a manner that could cause lightheadedness, dizziness, hyperventilation, or introduce moisture to device hardware.

4. Camera & Sensor Permissions

Interactive blow features require front camera permission. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge that visual frame data will be processed locally and transiently on your physical device using advanced face detection algorithms. 5. In-App Purchases & Digital Items

Spinwheel may offer optional digital features, custom pinwheel blade themes, or premium designs ("In-App Purchases") via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by your store provider and governed by the terms of the respective app store platform.

All sales of digital goods within Spinwheel are final. Refund requests are processed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective purchase policies:

Spinwheel may display third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of such advertisements and acknowledge that ad interactions are governed by Google's advertising policies.

All application designs, custom graphics, pinwheel blade artwork, sound assets, source code, and trademarks belong exclusively to Neon Grain Studio. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neon Grain Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including hardware malfunction, misuse of device sensors, or dizziness caused by improper blowing techniques.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the application following any posted updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
