Welcome to Candila. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Neon Grain Studio ("Neon Grain", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Candila mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Candila, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.

1. Nature of Service & Simulation Disclaimer

Candila is a digital simulation application designed solely for entertainment, relaxation, visual atmosphere, and virtual celebrations (such as birthday candle blowing).

• Virtual Entertainment Only: Candila is a virtual software application. It does not produce actual physical fire, heat, combustion, smoke, or real illumination.
• Not Emergency Equipment: Do not rely on Candila as a primary light source, flashlight replacement, emergency signaling device, navigation tool, or heat provider.

2. Safety & Device Handling Warnings

When using Candila, you agree to observe basic safety guidelines:

• Blowing Precaution: Do not blow excessively or forcefully into your device's microphone or camera lens. Overexertion may cause lightheadedness or dizziness.
• Hardware Moisture Protection: Avoid exhaling moisture or saliva onto your mobile device hardware, speaker grills, or camera lenses during interactive blowing features. Neon Grain is not responsible for hardware liquid damage.
• Environmental Awareness: Do not use Candila while driving, operating heavy machinery, or participating in activities requiring your full physical attention.

3. Camera Permissions

Candila offers an interactive feature allowing you to extinguish the virtual flame by blowing towards your front camera. By enabling camera permissions:

• You acknowledge that the app processes camera frames locally on your device in real-time using advanced face detection algorithms to detect mouth movement and blowing gestures.
• You acknowledge that no image feeds, video recordings, or facial data are recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server. For complete details, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Candila may offer digital items, premium candle models, visual themes, or subscription upgrades ("In-App Purchases" or "Candila Pro"):

• Billing & Processing: All financial transactions, billing, and store processing are handled strictly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree to comply with the relevant store terms of service.
• Subscription Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a recurring subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Subscription Settings after purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All sales of digital content and subscriptions within Candila are final. Refunds are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective store platform:

• Apple App Store (iOS): Refunds must be requested directly through Apple. Visit Apple Report a Problem.
• Google Play Store (Android): Refunds must be requested through Google Play. Visit Google Play Help Center.

6. Advertisements & Third-Party Links

Candila is an ad-supported application provided free of charge for core functionality. Advertisements are served by Google AdMob. The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. Neon Grain does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, ad materials, or external websites.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Candila application, including its source code, visual design, custom candle artwork, 3D/2D models, animations, sound effects, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of Neon Grain Studio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Candila for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Candila.
• Modify, adapt, translate, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the application or its visual assets.
• Use Candila for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized commercial purpose.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any digital rights management or feature lock mechanisms in the application.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CANDILA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEON GRAIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEON GRAIN STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEVICE HARDWARE DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, OR PERSONAL DISCOMFORT ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF CANDILA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon being published on this page. Your continued use of Candila after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
