By downloading or using the Revi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
REVI IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or the health and well-being of your child. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or logged in Revi.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Revi allows you to share access to child profiles with other users. By sharing access, you grant those users the ability to view, add, and modify the data in that profile. Use this feature with caution and only with trusted individuals.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Neon Grain. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
When you log data or upload photos in Revi, you remain the owner of that data. However, you grant us the necessary rights to store, sync, and display that content on your behalf across your linked devices.
Revi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall Neon Grain be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to health outcomes or data loss.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
