Neon Grain ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Revi mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Information Collection and Use

Revi is designed to help parents and caregivers track their baby's daily activities. To provide this service, we collect the following types of information:

A. Personal Information

• Email Address: When you create an account, we collect your email address via Firebase Authentication to manage your account and synchronize data across devices.
• Profile Name: You may optionally provide a name for your profile.

B. Child Profile Information

• Child's Name: To personalize the tracking experience.
• Date of Birth: To track developmental milestones and provide age-appropriate context.
• Gender: Used for personalization.
• Child's Photo: You may optionally upload a photo of your child, which is stored securely in our cloud storage for display in your account.

C. Tracking Activity Logs

• Feeding: Times, amounts, and types of feeding (e.g., breast, bottle, solids).
• Sleep: Times and durations of sleep sessions.
• Diaper Changes: Times and types of changes.
• Notes: Any additional notes you choose to add to your logs.

2. Family Sharing

Revi includes a family sharing feature. When you share your baby's profile with another user (via a QR code or unique invite link), that user will have full access to view and edit the tracking data associated with that profile. You control who you share this information with.

3. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to host and manage your data:

• Google Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication, cloud database storage (Firestore), and cloud file storage. Your data is stored on secure Google servers.
• Google Cloud: Backend infrastructure.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols provided by Google Firebase to protect your information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices

You can access, update, or delete your tracking logs and child profile information at any time within the App. If you delete your account, we will remove your associated personal data from our active databases.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for use by parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. All information about children entered into the App must be provided by their parent or guardian.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
