Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Redactify mobile application (the "Service") operated by Neon Grain ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Use License

Redactify is a tool intended for personal and professional use to protect privacy by redacting sensitive information from images.

• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for the content you process using the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)") or as one-time purchases. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment information is handled securely by these platforms and is not shared with Neon Grain.

3. Refund Policy

Since all purchases are handled through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users), we do not directly process refunds. All refund requests must be made directly through the respective app store platforms.

• Apple App Store: To request a refund, follow the instructions on Apple's support page: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
• Google Play Store: To request a refund, follow the instructions on Google's support page: Request a refund on Google Play.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Neon Grain and its licensors.

5. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Neon Grain, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. "AS IS" Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Redactify is a tool to assist in redaction, but the final responsibility for ensuring that sensitive information is properly obscured lies solely with the user. We do not guarantee that the automated detection features will identify all sensitive data.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
