Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the 4 Words 1 Pic mobile application (the "Service") operated by Neon Grain ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Use License

4 Words 1 Pic is a game intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment use to test vocabulary and drawing correlation skills.

• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. AI Drawing Recognition & Hardware Limitations

The Service interprets your drawings using an on-device machine learning model (Google ML Kit Digital Ink Recognition).

• Recognition Accuracy: Drawing recognition is provided for entertainment purposes. The accuracy of interpretations is dependent on factors including stroke precision, display sizing, and the capability of the underlying offline machine learning model.
• No Guarantee of Fit: Neon Grain does not warrant that the offline drawing recognition will perfectly recognize all strokes or hand-drawn structures.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, localizations, layout design, game levels, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Neon Grain and its licensors.

4. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Neon Grain, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

5. "AS IS" Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Neon Grain does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
