Privacy First: 4 Words 1 Pic is designed to be a completely private, offline drawing puzzle game. We do not collect, store, or transmit your drawings, coordinates, guess history, or any personal data to external servers. All data processing and storage happen locally on your device.

Neon Grain ("we", "us", or "our") operates the 4 Words 1 Pic mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We value your privacy above all else. 4 Words 1 Pic is built with a "Privacy by Design" approach. We do not collect, store, or transmit any user-generated content, coordinates, drawings, or personal device telemetry to our servers.

2. Data Access and Permissions

To provide its core game features, 4 Words 1 Pic requires access to certain system features:

Network Access: Required once during the initial setup to download the offline machine learning model file (`zxx-Zsym-x-autodraw`) for stroke recognition from Google's servers. After the download is complete, the application can run fully offline.

3. Local Data Storage

4 Words 1 Pic stores game progress and settings locally.

Local Storage (Hive): All game levels completed, high scores, confidence levels, and application settings are stored strictly within a secure local database (Hive) on your device.
No Cloud Syncing: Your gameplay statistics and settings are NEVER uploaded to the cloud.

4. On-Device Handwriting AI (Google ML Kit)

The application utilizes Google ML Kit's Digital Ink Recognition API to analyze your sketch strokes.

Local AI Processing: All stroke analysis and drawing recognition are performed on-device. No visual information, path coordinates, or guessed words are transmitted to Google or Neon Grain.
Model Package Download: Google's ML Kit SDK manages the drawing recognition model download during app initialization. This download request utilizes Google APIs, which may collect standard telemetry as detailed in Google's privacy policy for developer APIs.

5. Third-Party Services

4 Words 1 Pic is designed to operate completely independently without relying on third-party tracking, ads, or analytics SDKs. We do not integrate with third-party ad networks (like AdMob), subscription managers (like RevenueCat), or web tracking tools.

6. Data Security

Because 4 Words 1 Pic does not transmit your personal data over the internet, your game progress and drawings are as secure as your own device. We encourage you to use device-level security features (such as PIN, password, or biometric locks) to protect your device.
