Neon Grain ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Calendario mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Information Collection and Use

We value your privacy. Calendario is designed to be an offline-first experience. Outside of the third-party services mentioned below, we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information from our users.

Device Permissions

The Calendario app requires access to certain device features to provide its full experience:

• Photos and Storage: Used to allow you to select custom branding images or icons for your calendar and to save exported PDF documents.
• Internet: Used to fetch public holiday data and serve advertisements.

Third-Party Services

To support the development and provide the service, we use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use information about your device, such as your IP address, device identifiers (e.g., IDFA or AAID), and ad interaction data. This information is used by Google to provide, measure, and personalize advertising.
• Nager.Date API: We use this public API to provide accurate holiday information. No personal data is shared with this service.

Data Storage

Calendario stores your notes (Memorandums), branding preferences, and cached holiday data locally on your device using the Hive database. This data stays on your device and is not synchronized to our servers.

Data Security

Since we do not collect or transmit your personal identification information directly, the risk of data breaches on our servers is non-existent. However, we encourage you to secure your own device to protect the settings stored locally.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
